I observe what everyone wants to hear, see and propose— some need others to do this simple gesture for them.
Even though a smile is free {for some} it is costly. Costly to their very own confidence. Be confident, be intelligent, think everything thru and weigh it off of your very own observation. Annunciate, make your presence clear and known.
